919 323-0847 (cell) or 919 489-7325 (office), or email him by How long will delivery take? Orders are filled on a first in-first out basis, and an effort is made to ship within a day or two of receiving an order.
Transit time will range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on distance from NC. We try to keep stock on hand at all times,
but because we build the Targets by hand there may be times when orders back up. Call or email to obtain a confirmed delivery
date.
How are Targets shipped? Shipments are sent by FedEx Ground (3 and 4ft Targets) or common
carrier (6ft Targets). You
can avoid shipping costs altogether by picking up Targets at our shop in Hillsborough, NC (near Chapel Hill)
Is assembly required? Targets are sent as a net-covered hoop unit (upper), a weighted
hoop unit (lower), and three leg pipes. Assembly consists of pressing or tapping the leg pipes onto slip fittings on the upper
and lower hoops. Assembly of each Target will take less than 5 minutes and can be done without tools.
The legs can be removed, but it takes some effort--you might want
to do it at the end of each season, but not on a daily basis. If you need to set up and break down the Target for each use, ask us about a KNOCK-DOWN LEG SET that will provide quick & easy (1 minute or less) assembly/disassembly.
Do the Targets ever break? Do you have a guarantee? We guarantee the Targets will arrive to you free of defects in materials
or workmanship, and will replace any defective merchandise without charge. Occasionally a T-connector fitting will break during
use (if run over by a mower or ball picker, for instance). We offer no guarantee against such breakage, but if it does happen
we will provide instructions for a simple on-site repair. Replacement fittings are available at low cost at building supply
stores everywhere.
